Trouble purchasing from arlo website

I am trying to purchase a custom bundle from the arlo website, yet every time I go through the checkout process I receive a "page not found" message. I have created an account, refreshed the browser multiple times , restarted the computer, and now trying from a different computer. It seems that Arlo does not have a functional customer support avenue, which is concerning. I have tried the chat bot, phone number, and support email to no avail.

Which bundle are you trying to purchase? Are you still receiving this error?

It was a custom bundle, several essentials cameras, a couple of doorbells, flood light, etc,etc. The problem persisted with different computers, and also two different phones on two different networks. I ended buying through a third party and paid a little less.
