Hi,

I moved and set up my original Arlo system. When I tried to add the rest of my cameras it says I need a paid subscription to activate. I've been using them for years without a subscription.

Is this correct?

Did you actually remove all devices and are setting up fresh, as if new? That wasn't necessary - all you had to do was to take the system to the new location, plug it in and it should have picked up where it left off.
