Red tint and can't reach Netgear Support

One of my 4 cameras have the red tint problem and i have tried everything.

 

I have registrered my cameras online and tried to choose "replace defective product". When i do this i get to a sceen saying "We are now ready to help you with this product" and then nothing happens. I have tried calling the Danish support telephone but im just put on infinite hold. When trying online chat it tries to connect for hours nothing happens

 

"We are experiencing an unusually high number of chat requests. All our experts are currently busy handling other customers. We will connect you to a next available chat expert "

 

Come on Netgear how do i contact you to get my defective camera replaced under it's warrenty?

I got the same problem.. Red tint..cant reach support either..
