RE-OCCURRING PROBLEM: TWO-STEP VERIFICATION DOES NOT SEND CODE TO EITHER PHONE OR EMAIL

THIS IS A RE-OCCURING PROBLEM, ORIGINALLY REPORTED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO... IT SEEMED TO RESOLVE ITSELF BACK THEN BUT NOW THE SAME PROBLEM HAS RETURNED THIS AFTERNOON!

 

I ACCESS TWO ARLO SYSTEMS VIA MY PERSONAL COMPUTER...ONE FOR MY PROPERTY... ONE FOR MY PARENTS' PROPERTY.  I HAVE UTILIZED THE ARLO SECURITY SYSTEMS (VMC 3030) SINCE 2015.

 

SUDDENLY, THIS AFTERNOON, I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS EITHER MY OWN PROPERTY'S ARLO CAMERAS, NOR THAT OF MY PARENT'S ARLO CAMERAS THIS AFTERNOON BECAUSE THE TWO-STEP VERIFICATION PROCESS WILL NOT SEND A CODE TO EITHER MY PHONE (AS A TEXT) OR MY EMAIL. 

 

I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS ON BOTH ARLO SYSTEMS AND HAVE MADE THESE ATTEMPTS MULTIPLE TIMES.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT  THIS VERIFICATION PROCESS WAS WORKING THIS MORNING ON BOTH PROPERTIES.

 

MY PHONE HAS PLENTY OF MINUTES AND SERVICE TIME AVAILABLE...AND I HAVE RECEIVED OTHER TEXTS TO THIS PHONE THIS AFTERNOON. 

 

MY EMAIL HAS RECEIVED OTHER MESSAGES THIS AFTERNOON, AS WELL.

 

BUT, I CAN NOT ACCESS MY ARLO SYSTEMS THIS AFTERNOON...AGAIN!  THIS IS COMING AT A VERY CRITICAL TIME ON BOTH PROPERTIES REQUIRING A RELIABLE SECURITY SYSTEM.  CAN ANYONE FIX THIS...PERMANENTLY?
