Hi, i bought wireless cams from Amazon. I had issues straight away. On sending a picture to an online chat representative and a lengthy conversation. He said, he would send me a new one and wave delivery fee's, all i have to do is give him my credit card details. Is this normal? As i dont want fraudulent activity with me credit card. He advised that using the credit card is the only way i can get a new cam without me paying for delivery. Please advise

Can you take it back to amazon ?

Don't know who you contacted, but many other have stated the shipping back was on your dime.

But many companies ask for CC to make sure you ship the old one back, you don't and then they charge.
