Night vision not working on arlo

I can’t seem to get my night vision to work on one of my cameras. I’ve turned the night vision off, back on—nothing. I’ve disconnected the device and reconnected—nothing. I’ve gone out and looked and the red lights come on, but picture is dark.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To reset the camera, pull batteries and replace, then use remove device in settings, reboot the base via the power button, and finally bring back the camera as if new ( resync ) ( this rebuilds the defaults in the base )

 

If above doesn't work and you have verified the IR night vision is toggled on, it may just be the camera
