One of my cameras is across my yard and while it has 2 bars of connection showing it won’t let me connect to live view.  The WiFi is good in this area I can connect with other devices.  Any suggestions besides moving the camera closer?  Thanks!

With 2 bars, the camera should still be working....

I'd start with simple things first.

1) move camera closer just to test and see if anything changes

2) test via browser if using app ( my.arlo.com )

3 pull battery and replace

4) do full reset of camera if needed and reinstall.

Thanks I’ll give these a shot.  It did connect later this morning without doing anything.  The camera had to be hard reset to even get it setup out of the box.  It would setup the camera, check for firmware and say there was no updates.  Then it would say setup complete and then go offline.  This was within 10’ of the router.  Hard reset and it setup fine.  Very odd.
