I cannot cancel my monthly subscription.

Just like sooooo many others, I can't cancel my monthly subscription.  I've tried ALL avenues offered through Arlo's "support".  Unfortunately, the selections they say to click on are not available on my.arlo.com or my mobile Android app.  Please help!!!!

Do you see "Library" in the app? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard"  instead?

In the app the Library option is at the bottom.  On my.arlo.com I see My Dashboard.

Are you using the same credentials???

No. I use 2 different email addresses

That is the problem.  You need to use the login for the primary account.
