Error when trying to update base station firmware

I am trying to update the base firmware but it keeps c0ming back with an error message.  I have tried the solutions previously posted but i still get the error message and no upgrade.  Would you please help, thanks?

Reboot the base via the power button and then hit the update after it comes fully up... Usu it happens overnight.

 

If you are unable to receive an update , sometime the failure is due to the internet speed the base has... do you know what you speeds are ?
