When I access Arlo web site it asks for my email address to receive a 10% discount. It emails me a discount code. When I check out and add the code it will not accept or apply the discount. How do I get the 10% discount applied to my purchase?

Try removing the dashes and maybe also entering everything in lower case. Another poster said that worked for him.
