Constant device offline after hitting play on any camera device

Base station is hardwired to router. Cameras within 10 feet clear line of site. When I'm on the AP. I hit play on any camera, it plays video for 10 sec then all of the cameras say offline. The center led station is green all of the time. No less turn amber at any point. 

 

When I'm on the online portal logged on. Any time I hit  view cameras, it logged me off.

 

Personally, I think my base station is compromised.

I'm not sure I am understanding the exact symptoms.

  1. What happens in the app when the phone/tablet is connected to wifi?
  2. Is this different when the phone/tablet is only using mobile data?
  3. Is this different when you browse to my.arlo.com on a PC?
