Cancelled Subscription But Still Being Charged

Hi Everyone,

 

I've cancelled my subscription around December 2023 or January 2024 now but am still being charged monthly for a service Arlo no longer provides. I've tried contacting the support team but apparently it's for those who already have a subscription. I'm in a catch-22 where it's impossible to stop these charges. Does anyone have any suggestions?
