I have a base station that I've factory reset several times, but I still can't see/setup.

Lights:

Power - Green

Internet - Green (flashing occasionally)

Camera - Amber

Router: Orbi RBR40

The VMB3500 has obtained a local IP and is visible in the connected devices list.

Factory resets appear successful: After 10 seconds, the lights flash amber and a minute or two later, I have a Green, Green, Amber light pattern again.

I've tried to connect via app, and web interface.

I've tried setting up a new Arlo account, then attempting to add the device.

Every time, I get the error "No Arlo devices found."

The device did work at one point. I had a doorbell and camera connected. Within my Arlo account, I no longer have any devices registered as I removed them all after the camera's battery died.

I was hoping to fire this up again with some better batteries.

Any suggestions?

I recently had an issue like this that was cured by using a different base. No idea what was wrong with the first one but hardware issues happen. Contact support using the link at the bottom here to invoke your warranty.
