Base connect but the app won't find it

Been trouble shooting this system fir over a year.  Base is connected all lights green camera blue..  this horrible app wont find it.. been stuck for a long time .. I will not be recommending or buy any .. any Arlo products

Have you tried onboarding the camera from a PC (my.arlo.com)?
