Base Station - Video Error

Always have to reboot in order to access. Sometimes that doesn't even work.  I'm on 2.4 Ghz same network

WHat are you rebooting - the hub? It's possible that you may need to remove the hub and associated camera(s) from your account and start fresh to clear out whatever weirdness is causing this.

I've updated software

I've removed all devices 

I've hard reset the hub and devices. 

I'm on the same network

Same 2.4 ghz

This is unacceptable 

And the only way to see my videos is to reboot???

Looking at other options 

Everyone else should too

Dude, you never said any of this in the beginning post. We have to guess without that info.

 

The WiFi has no bearing since the hub is connected to your network via Ethernet. 

 

I can't say why you have to do this but it's a relatively unusual occurrence. We have seen this before but I don't know what the resolution was. It would seem to be a local issue so tell us about your network config and phone model and OS.  Sometimes a more advanced network setup causes issues.
