I have moved and I went into the app and closed out by account. I no longer have arlo cameras. I have been charged for services for the up coming year. I have attempted to find a phone number to speak with customer service without luck. The chat bar has provided no assistance.

I assume you're after a pro-rated refund. If so, Arlo doesn't offer that anymore - once paid, it's good for the entire period.
