Arlo camera. New. Batteries work. Won't connect to base station.

Arlo camera,  basic plan.  Won't connect to base station.  Batteries appear good.  Get a single blue light closing battery door.  No lights connecting to base station.

open and close battery door

do a QUICK press on base sync button ( dont hold )

sec or so press camera sync button

slow blue to rapid blue led means it worked

No luck so far.  Gets me pointed in the right direction.

what are the base LEDS showing from left ?

Try a reset.  Remove everything from Settings, My Devices.  Use the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
