Arlo app says "Your Arlo device (Base Station) appears offline."

My base station says it appears online. Tried resetting and giving it time but haven't had any luck. Anyone that can point me to the right direction ? Really disappointed on how many issues I've had with this product

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you tried both the app and a browser to see if there's a difference?
