Arlo Servers Down?

Have been troubleshooting the base station not connecting to the internet for around 2 hours now. Middle light is solid orange. Ran tracert 63.33.73.250 through PowerShell and found that I can not reach the destination IP. Was going to call my ISP to check on this but thought I would look to see if anything was down. Down detector is showing quite a few reports. Is anyone else having this issue as well?
