Whether connecting to an Arlo Hub or directly to 2.4Ghz, the floodlight camera and any other device placed outside simply do not work properly. I can see a long history of other customer complaints so I'm not going to go into any further detail.

Arlo staff, you know the garbage you're pushing. Do better.

Mine is still working well as it has for a few years now. You need to take the time and effort to figure out what's going on.

WHat is the house construction? Stucco, brick and stone are among the worst due to blockage of the signal. DIstance from the hub or router as well as things on/in walls in a straight line to the camera, 2.4GHz wireless devices interfering with the signal, etc. all can contribute to the problem. Depending on what you find, solutions can be suggested.

Just a reminder that Arlo devices and services are absolute garbage.

DO NOT BUY ARLO!!! Literally get anything else, even the cheap chinese junk that will probably get you hacked, it'll still be better than Arlo.
