Got a camera with a pink picture. Have tried resetting everything but to no avail. I can't seem to contact any one in support as the website just takes me round in circles. Any idea how i can contact any body to help me?

Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page. The 3rd page will give you the contact options.
