Arlo App Modes are blank on iphone13

I am the administrator of the account and have full access on my ipad, however the modes are not available on my iphone. I can see the camera views and access them, but cannot activate any modes on the dashboard and they are completely missing under the routines tab. I have deleted and reinstalled the app three times and checked all settings on the phone and ipad, but the same problem exists. I am aware that there was an issue in February that was exactly the same and supposedly fixed, but yet I now have the exact same issue.

Do you mean that

  • you are using the primary acount? or that
  • you are using a friend account with administrator access?

Yes, I am the user of the primary account.

FWIW, I am not seeing that issue on my iPhone 12 mini.

My wife, who I have granted admin rights to and also has an iphone 13 has full access.

I’m also facing this issue on my iPhone 13.

App is up to date & I am the primary account holder.

my partner has shared access to the cameras as well.
