App won't connect to hub "No Arlo Devices Found"

I have two Arlo cameras connected via VMB3000 hub. The hub is wired to a wifi router and has three solid green LEDs for powe, internet and camera connection. The internet LED occasionally flashes, presumably when the camera sees something.

 

I recently had to reset everything because of a new internet provider. On my mobile I'm able to access recordings and view a live feed. My wife's phone will not connect to the base station ("No Arlo devices found"). It is connected to the same wifi router that the hub is wired to.

 

I'm not keen on the idea of resetting anything to factory defaults as everything is working OK through my phone. Any ideas?

You can’t import devices that are already imported into another account.

 

Try removing the granted access account and invite them again.
