App not workin.

My app keeps signing me off and the will not let me sign back in.. "an error has occured." Cameras are useless if I can't even see what's going on. Anyone else having this issue?

Can you try uninstalling the app and re-installing it? Are you on an Android device or iOS?

I done that multiple times. Finally figured out it will only let me sign in and stay on the app with wifi. Which makes no sense when I'm out I can't connect. It just started doing this though a cpl days ago.

That is not expected behavior at all. You should be able to use it regardless if you are on your network or Wi-Fi. Which type of device are you on and the software version?

Can you double check the cell data is enabled?
