Android app finger print login

Two issues.

1.I have a Google Pixel 1 phone.  The finger print sign-on works only a small portion of the time.  When there is an app update, it then works for a while, but soon stops.  How do I get the app to reliably allow finger-print sign-on?

2. Once logged on, the Arlo app signs-me off almost immediately.

I use the Pixel as well and have not experienced the issue as you've described. What are you experiencing when the finger print sign on doesn't work? Are you having to manually enter the password?

Yes, the app message just says "Fingerpoit for "Arlo"  Enter Password.

I've not been able to replicate any difficulties using the fingerprint login for the Arlo mobile app using the Pixel. I recommend recalibrating the fingerprint feature on your device and test again to see if you experience better results.
