MONITERING IS DELAYED ALMOST 20 SECONDS, IS THIS NORMAL FOR THIS SYSTEM, IT IS WORKING ON A 5G WIRELESS NETWORK, BOTH ON MY PHONE AND COMPUTER, WHETHER I AM HOOKED TO NETWORK WITH PHONE OR COMPUTER, OR THROUGH VERIZON 4G DATA ON PHONE

Can you go to www.speedtest.net and tell us upload and ping speeds as well as download? My delay is about 6s. 20s seems a bit excessive if you have fast internet. I have 200/200 with a 4ms ping
