So, if you are the poor soul who doesn't have easy access to e-mail and you need to see your cameras right away, getting your 2FA code text the next day is like not having cameras at all.

Arlo kind of forces you to only use your mobile phone which never requires 2FA but which much, much less efficent and effective.

It is possible that the delay is from the email provider, might be worth chatting with them.

You can try setting the mobile device as the primary device to receive the 2fa request to get it quicker.
