wired arlo doorbell went out for no reason

My wired arlo doorbell went out FOR NO REASON just like my arlo 3s did. There is power to my doorbell wires. The very next two days I get an email from arlo promoting me to buy..you guessed it...an essential doorbell....hmmm!!!FRAUD just like the 3s. Time to move on to another security camera manufacturer and sell off everything arlo.  Totally disgusted!!!!

Do you see any LED behavior on the doorbell? If you press the button, does anything happen?
