Im not getting the full screen call alert when I'm receiving a call on video doorbell

Everytime I receive a call I'm not getting the full screen alerts i used to have when I first installed the doorbell. Now I get the alert, unlock the phone and have to look for the notification (most of the time it disappears)or open the app manually and then respond. By the time I'm able to do this I have been losing the chance to respond because it takes way too long!!!

What went wrong or what has been changed???

Are you referring to the Live stream that is initiated after the doorbell is answered?

No, what i mean is that i cant even answer because the notification dissapears and have to manually open the app with the notification gone and see if the person is still there.

I see, so the answer call screen is missing or dissapearing quickly. Which version of the Arlo app are you using & Which version of OS on your phone?
