Help! Can't setup Arlo Video Doorbell because of unusual bug!

Hi there,

 

Everytime i try and setup an old Arlo AVD1001, the app detects the camera and WiFi, but just after that point the app says Re-Login required and boots me out of the setup process.

 

I have tried changing the 2FA to email, to fingerprints etc but nothing seems to be working.

 

Everytime i try to setup the AVD1001, it boots me out of the setup process.

I fixed the problem!

 

The Arlo Video Doorbell was still linked to my friends account.

 

I deleted it from his account and it worked again!

I've also tried a different phone.

 

I've also tried a new password, just in case my old password was too weak or too old.

 

Every time i setup the AVD1001 just after detecting the Doorbell and it asks you to name it and the second you name it anything, it asks me to Re-Login and gets stuck in a loop.
