Error says: We sent a push notification to my-phone to verify your identity

Hello, 

I am trying to add a user but when I go to the Arlo website and I log in, then it wants to send me a verification and provides this message: "We sent a push notification to  <my-phone>  to verify your identity" TURNS OUT that "my-phone" IS INCORRECT and we don't know who's phone is that, yet I cannot edit it in the account. It is fixed. HOW CAN I DELETE IT so I can enter the right one?

Are you trying to log in to your account?  Or the account of the user you've added?

Can you log into your account from the app?

If you "choose another verification method" after the request times out, can you select "email" and then log in?
