Doorbell randomly not recording

Our doorbell keeps randomly not recording. We open the app activate live and it starts again but we are missing hours of records

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

We have not tried anything yet as we’re not really sure where to start.

Recordings will require an Arlo Secure subscription if you would like to record and save to the library. Did you have a trial subscription that recently expired?
