Doorbell phone calls

I hate this doorbell simply because there is no way of turning off the phone calls! Have tried adding as a contact and blocking, this doesn’t work. If I silence it, the chime device won’t work. Why design a chime device that you pay extra for, when you can’t turn off the doorbell phone call? 

Wouldn’t recommend this product only because of this very irritating design.

Silence mode does have an option to keep the chime sounding.

Are you not seeing that option?

Or is it not working when you select it?

Thank you, I tried this and it took a moment for the toggle option to pop up, between phone and chime after selecting silence. Without turning on Silence, advise simply said it would mute both which isn't accurate. I have set it as per your directions and it works!! Thank you so very much, really appreciate your time to advise me.
