Australia return issues

Arlo have the most frustrating customer service in Australia.  Beware.

 

I have followed all the return procedures.  Obtained an RMA.  Received the return satchel from Startrack.  

 

However Arlo has not provided a return label or return address to send the satchel.  I am even happy to pay for the postage myself.  

 

I have contacted customer service by email and phone over 10 times.  It just goes around in circles.

 

It should be such an easy problem to fix.  Just email a return label or provide an address.

 

I am starting to think it's a deliberate tactic because no one can be this incompetent.

 

I didn't want to start a community post but email and phone is going nowhere.

I have received another return satchel.

 

The return instructions say to go online and book a return with Startrack.

 

To book a return I need an account number or tracking number.

 

I have no tracking number or return address.

 

My case has been going for 2 months.

 

Please provide instructions on how to return the item

Hey mate, 

Did you ever get that return address and the refund?

 

I wish I had done more research into Arlo. I've recently had to initiate a return ( 3 days ago) and now I am wondering if I will ever get a return.  I will definitely not recommend this product and unless I get a refund within the next week or two I will start posting to forums about the reality of buying from Arlo. I am buying from eufy now.

Hey mate,

 

I eventually got a return shipping label about 2 weeks after.  The shipping address was to Prestons in NSW. 

 

After returning I spent a few more weeks chasing the refund.

 

Easily the worst customer service I have experienced. 

 

Hope you have more luck than I did
