My Arlo wired doorbell has died after freezing temps below 0* F. Have tried multiple times to restart it. Disconnected wires, reset doorbell, re-sync, everything. The doorbell wires do have power. This problem appears to have been posted to Arlo community multiple times, and Arlo's response is apparently to shut down the community conversation. That is unacceptable. Please stand behind your product, provide some expert service advice, or replace the unit.

The wired doorbell does have a small internal battery that has to be charged for at least 15 minutes before the doorbell will work. Assuming power has been applied the whole time, that shouldn't be a problem.
If that's not the issue, use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your doorbell and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
