Arlo Doorbell Wired Cannot Receive Calls For 2 Phones

Hi, I currently setting up the Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell model of AVD1001-100APS on my mobile application. And also tried to give full access and shared with my family member's mobile application. I can received the call from the Arlo Doorbell when it was press, the call received for the mobile that was used to setup the device, but not on my family member's mobile. I have also tried to followed a discussion on this where the solution is go login my family member's Arlo application email using my arlo home webpage via web browse. I had tried it too, even to reset the device and re-add the device, however, it is still the same issue happened. Hope any one could please assist me on this matter. Thank you

The secondary device needs to have their own login account using grant access and the app needs to be logged in.
