Cancelled subscription that I paid for the whole year and no way to get to the support

Hello. Arlo just cancelled my subscription that I paid in 1st Mar. I have a support ticket in place. They tried to charge my card multiple times with higher amount than invoiced. Case #00600494 , invoice VFAG00000005638588
