Ultras won't connect to internet

I have two ultra 4k cameras and two Pro 2 cameras. The pro 2 have been working fine.
A week ago I added the Ultras and they worked OK for a while. But now they refuse to connect. I have done the power cycle right up to factory reset. The system shows all four are armed but the ultras have the message that they are off-line. Nothing I do changes anything.
Please help
