 I want this stopped ASAP please. Is there a way to have this stopped by ARLO. My premium is $19.86/month. I cannot find a live person to speak with to have this double billing stopped.

Are you saying your bank statement is showing two charges for the same amount? Are the charges showing as completed or pending?
