I have just purchased Ultra 2 set with 2 cameras, not able connect either via IOS app, Mac/window browser to the smart-hub. 

The smart hub is connected to a router via LAN, IOS app/Mac/PC running 2.4 Ghz on same router as required but not able to connect.

Now tried 2 routers still no luck with forced 2.4, with attempts from iPad, Iphone, and browser on windows and Mac. 
I did factory reset already few times 

Is there a way I can connect direct to the smart-hub use wifi or LAN ? 

frustrated, what am I doing wrong? 

 

Odd thing is, cameras connects to HomeKit easy

(Homekit addition deleted again, removed batteries from cameras and did a factory reset)

Hold the hub's reset button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber. Let it reboot and try claiming it again.

My mistake, I had the old router running with same ID as the new one, hampered initial connectivity with Arlo router.
