We purchased 2x Arlo Ultra 2 cameras for security however the charge on both cameras only seems to last a couple of weeks. Is there a way these cameras can be hardwired or do you just have to purchase an outdoor charging cable for each camera and leave them plugged in constantly?

You might try repositioning the cameras, to eliminate any unwanted motion in the field of view.  Note that activity zones don't help battery life - they are processed in the cloud, so they don't reduce the amount of video being streamed.

You could also try reducing the motion sensitivity.

You need the outdoor charging cable.  You could possibly enclose the power adapters (note they are integrated into the charging cable).
