No notifications after upgrading to Arlo smart premier

I have had my cameras for awhile now and have slowly added cameras after the 5th on I decided to upgrade to smart premier to add a couple more later on after I upgraded I have not received a single notification I have already gone through and check the push notifications in the Arlo app I have went to phone settings and notifications for Arlo are on but I am still not receiving any!!! It is really frustrating
Any help would be awesome
Also I use a iPhone X

Also my cameras are recording and detecting the different motions people,cars..... but no notification .... someone could break in my house make a sandwich take a bubble bath and host a party for thieves while I’m at work and would never know it til I got home

Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if you receive Smart notifications? You can also view this article to learn why might not receive notifications: Why am I not receiving Arlo notifications on my iOS device?
