Need to cancel, no button to cancel, no phone number to call

Need to cancel my arlo subscrition, been trying for numerous days, keep getting charged. Please escalate this and get a hold of me, thanks. I believe I am on the legacy plan, so I can't access the plan in the myarlo anymore to cancel.
