I have an Arlo smart subscription for 10 cameras. Currently, I have 7 cameras (2-Pro2 & 2-q) with one base station.
When I go to manage my Arlo smart it does not allow me to see and manage all 7 cameras just 6.
Also, since I have a subscription can I add 3 more cameras such as Arlo ultra to my account/network with only one base still? Or do I need to get another base?

You may need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe to get full access. Don't know why.
Yes, you can add 3 more cameras, including Ultras, to your account but you'll also need an Ultra SmartHub to connect the Ultras to since they currently won't connect to any of the older bases.
