Cancelled subscription but still being charged.

In my subscriptions, it shows that my plan has been cancelled, but I was still charged $9.99 through PayPal. I have attached a screenshot that shows my plan was cancelled and that I am not able to make any changes to my Arlo Smart plan.

How can I make sure my subscription is cancelled and get a refund?

I am having the same problem. I cancelled the Arlo subscription back in September and I am still getting charged $9.99 a month! I have changed the number to my credit card attached to the Arlo account and they STILL charged me again. How do I stop this?????
