Help re-onboarding a security light

  • Removed a security light and can’t get in to add back on in add device

Make sure it's gone from your account and then follow this procedure:

If you can't add your security light back to your Arlo account, try checking the status of the light, the network connection, and your Arlo base station. If that doesn't work, remove and re-add the security light in the app.
