Wireless security camera night video extremely pixelated

I have a night video that is incredibly pixelated and I’m trying to understand what I’m seeing. This is inside my home and looks like movement in the middle of the night. How can I tell if it’s actual movement or just pixels moving around? There would not have been anyone in my home at this time.
