Why am I getting notifications

I’m paying the extra for Arlo secure, and I have set my camera to only notify on smart detection. And I have set activity zones… so why yo I get constant motion notifications. And detections on things outside of the detection zones

NZspy,

 

It's important to note that Smart settings only apply to push notifications, you will still receive recordings for motion from objects not selected within your Smart notificaiton settings.

 

If you're getting motion detection outside your detection zones, you might consider adjusting your cameras position or reducing sensitivity until you achieve the desired results.

Go to settings-smart notifications to select the options for smart on each cam.
