VMB4000 basestation offline since April 20, 2023 after upgrade to Arlo Secure v4.3.5

I tried all troubleshooting steps but basestation does not go online. Problem occurred around time when AS v4.3.5 was auto installed on Samsung J3 Star phone. Cannot record any videos until we can get back online. Thx in advance for your help.

Do you know if the base station is offline using the website login my.arlo.com?

 

Did your troubleshooting include a factory reset of the base station using the paper clip for 15sec until the LEDs starting flashing amber?

 

What are the LEDs showing now?
