I can’t get into the new app! It gives me verification code but there’s no where on app I can type it in? I tried several times now I’m locked out. Anyone else hving this issue

Are you using dark mode for the phone? Try disabling that to see if you can then see the place to enter the code.  I've found that in dark mode I have to look really hard to see the entry location.

I am having the sam e problem on iOS device. Delete and reinstall several times. Just get code sent by text but will not log on to the system. Very annoying and no way to contact support without a subscription.
